DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use Royal Mail. If there is no-one available to take delivery they may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card will be left to advise of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a collection or schedule a new delivery date. Please note that a signature may not always be required.
Royal Mail Second Class
Second Class mail aims to deliver 2-3 working days.
UK delivery includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
RETURNS POLICY
If you want to return your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. You must take reasonable care of the Products that you wish to return and not use or wear them.
Products must be returned to us in accordance to (‘How to make a return’) below, we may refuse to provide a refund where Products are returned otherwise. Delivery charges will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- You must notify us by email of your intention to do so before returning the Product.
- The parcel must then be returned via the Post Office Counters. See 'Returning the parcel'.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return a Product, you must return the Product to us in accordance with the procedure set out below. Please enclose a note inside the parcel and follow the process below:
Returning the parcel;
- Repack the item in its original or new packaging.
- Address parcel to PO Box 423, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8WU. Be sure to enclose a note inside with reasons for return.
- Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
- Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.
Products should be returned to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, together with all accessories and packaging that were supplied with the Product(s).
Unfortunately all returns must be returned at your own cost. If Products are returned faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.
REFUNDS
If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 7 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded.
In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
